Secretary’s Report:
Correspondence:
Emailed gentleman we denied access to renting for dance lessons to see if he has secured a place. Received response he has a place. We will investigate this as a source of possible income.

Committee Reports No need to read our Activities - too many😊
Activities Report – We continue to have Mediumship Development Classes every Sunday from 1-3pm, First Friday Gallery Readings from 6-8pm are postponed for July and August and we encourage members to go to Camp Etna or other Spiritualist organizations, Full Moon Drumming Circle each month, Sandy Campbell July 20 from 10-12 Telling Your Story class, $35
20th Annual Anniversary Party was wonderful. Founding Pastor, Donna Williams, attended our festivities all weekend; Saturday’s craft fair, Saturday’s Dance Night and Sunday morning’s church service.
Gathering donations for the Activities Committee Ongoing Garage/Yard Sale- crafts you have not completed, or just stuff to put in our ongoing sale.
June 30 at 5pm was our first P & P Night; Pizza and Performers: Josh played and Diane played for our finale.
July 27 Spiritualism 101-in person and zoom. Summer Sunday Solstice Sojourn Series is being well-received. July 7-Camp Etna, July 14-Guilford, July 21-Madison Camp, July 28- Temple Heights
Unfinished Business:
-Angel has been having someone mow our lawns-Randy and Chris have been weed whacking and mowing. Quotes for lawn mowing service before we buy a mower.
-Driveway pothole has been repaired. Thank you, Diane and Josh!
-Angel and Janet made many calls to insurance company. We have leaks and a new roof cannot be put into place until insurance company has done inspection and evaluation. Heard back from them and they are sending $5000 to get started and will send another $3000 once work complete.

New Business: attached sign onto church service sign that says 3pm July & August, also Wednesday evening 6:30pm April-September.

We need new heating tanks- waiting for Dead River to call back to make appointment and waiting on PJ to make appointment

Selling the car- $3500 list and take $3000, put on marketplace

Discussion about the cost of insurance- pay bi annually

New Business: possible AA/NA meetings at center- not feasible for insurance purposes

Possibly renting out center for income- if the perfect person comes along we will know it.

Reiki or healing share early in the week, early in the afternoon. Donations will be given by all in attendance who are able to give

The November 16th, 10-3, Saturday to do our Holiday Craft Fair. $30/table

Suzanne Delgado has a corner in the Library she will open before and after church services and will donate to the church
