RULES OF CONDUCT
Rules of Conduct is a set of rules outlining the norms, rules, responsibilities and proper practices of any individual who is on Healing Light Spiritual Church grounds or working in a capacity representing the organization off of the grounds.

Smoking in designated area only. There is an area set aside next to the rear of Garage #3. All cigarette butts should be removed and discarded off property.

Obvious intoxication by alcohol or any means, other than Spiritual, is not appropriate conduct on our grounds.
No littering.
No nudity or indecent exposure outside on the grounds.
No harassment or bullying will be tolerated.
Bullying is defined as the use of force, coercion, hurtful teasing or threat to abuse, aggressively dominate or intimidate. Bullying is a sub-category of aggressive behavior characterized by the following three criteria: hostile intent, perceived imbalance of physical or social power, and repetition over a period of time

If you feel you are being harassed or bullied, sexually or otherwise, and you have attempted to resolve the situation without success, please report your issue to the
Board for review.
If it is reported to the Board that someone has broken any of our Rules of Conduct a verbal warning will be given to the person, and or persons, breaking said rule. This warning will be documented in our records and if the problem continues the Board will determine action or actions which should be taken.
