Tuesdays from September 13-October 18 from 11am to noon Michelle offers Yoga & Mindfulness for Children, Caregivers, Homeschool Providers and Students. This class will engage children and adults to be present, focused and mindful for overall wellness. This class is acceptable for homeschooled students to use as a Physical Education credit. Michelle is a registered Yoga Teacher and certified Children's Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher specializing in trauma-sensitive & challenging behaviors.
Blessing Of The Animals. We love our pets. We never get any closer to the feeling of unconditional love than we do with our animals. This is an opportunity to honor all the joy and happiness they bring into our lives. Bring your furry, feathered, and scaly friends to Healing Light Spiritualist Church or you can bring a picture of your beloved pet to place on the remembrance table of our beloved pets who have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.
Let's get together and dance, eat, enjoy each other all while joining in the fun and festivities of Halloween! We encourage you to dress up. We will be having a costume contest through out the night and prizes will given to some of our favorites! It is a great way to get to know each other even more. This is a family friendly event, the more the merrier! Children of all ages are welcome 😊 Candy will also be available throughout the night. We look forward to seeing you there!

Coming in 2023 Drumming, Chanting, Breathing This Healing for All will incorporate a variety of healing traditions: Halaqa Healing Circle, Sufi traditions of healing with amazing energy and power. The circle will consist of 4 different exercises: Breathing, Drumming, Chanting, and Hands-on Healing. We will work in groups of 3 and apply different techniques.
